Two small dogs run from the street and through a small front yard. A Rottweiler dog leashed to a lawn chair runs after them, dragging the lawn chair behind it. A woman, who has picked up and carries one of the small dogs, is tripped by the dragging chair and she falls to the ground. She drops the small dog and it runs back into the street.
